Hi Mike 'n All,

Firstly, Mike... I'd be very curious to pick your brain on the DC-2
clone.... Been thinking about this one myself, but those usual creepy
Roland/Boss parts.... Any tips / stories / subs / images / files /
layouts etc. on this one to help a fellow along?

I have always been curious as to why nobody has tried to clean up the
"C" given how close you can get aurally to a "D"....

More generally though, I have been eyeing up a few potential
clone-ables from the Japanese Giants (the DC-2 being one of them; the
Dimension "D" looks a little too much for me to handle at this
point!!).

Anyone have some decent tips on substituting parts (ie. standard
operating procedure for finding a suitable sub?) This would of course
include both those funky ICs they love so much, as well as the
trannies.

As an aside, I'd be curious to know what kind of parts substitution was
done on JH's SDD-320 clone? That would be a bit of a monster! ;-)

Cheers and thanks!

Gav
