I see from Jameco's website that all shipments by courier must include
a "certificate of origin" document, and that this document costs US$25.
Perhaps that's the source of complaint? (I know I'd be complaining if
I found out about this after the fact.) It appears they also ship by
USPS and that should get around the CoO requirement.

Here's a general question for the Canadian listmembers who've recently
purchased from suppliers in the USA -- which ones are easy/inexpensive
to deal with, and which ones are troublesome/expensive to deal with?

Digi-Key is dead easy, though it appears they don't have the best
prices out there. How is Mouser?
