Probably not going to happen.

I'm sure the process manufacturing equipment can be had, but the real 
problem is the environmental hoops to get through just to set up shop. 
It could literally cost $100ks to get the regulatory process complete, 
not to mention the costs of setting up the clean room.

Not a pretty picture to recover investment on a limited market. Wish it 
were different
