[sdiy] TO-3 regulator issue

Get a TO-3 isolation kit and mount them both on the
same heatsink.  It has a mica washer ans a couple of
nylon shoulder washers. Most places who sell TO-3
will carry them. Keystone electric #4725 kit has
everyrhing you need.
