Colin, that is so cool.  I have an 11 year old son who said something
similar, he was opening a can of spam (the meat, not the junk email, he likes
it - a maternal gene) and it wouldn't come out.  I took the can and punched a
hole in the bottom with a kitchen tool and it slipped right out.  My son
exclaimed "Papa, that was so scientific!".  You simply have to love them.
