[sdiy] Oakley Sound 3031: New board run

Enough people have said they want to buy boards so the TB3031 [my clone
of the TB303's sound engine] will be re-issued next month. I will order
just enough boards from the PCB manufacturer to cover all those who
pre-order boards in the next five days as well as a few spares to cover
the odd late order.

If you do want one, please pre-order quickly because I cannot garantee I
will have any left if you wait. They are an expensive board to make and
I can't afford keeping that many boards as stock.
