Speaking of Japanese Synth DIY, does anyone know what happened to the
page that used to be at
    http://www.asahi-net.or.jp/~WZ4K-TNK/etc/wave.html ?
It had oscilloscope photos of synth waves. I didn't think to archive
that page locally :-( and the Wayback Machine doesn't have the pics.


In a similar vein, Matthew Davidson just posted the following to
Analogue Heaven:

    When developing MX4, I inspected the raw waves of a number of
synths. After the exchange this morning, I dug up the original waves
and with the magic of iPhoto, produced a web page that compares the
waves of a Prophet 5, Minimoog, Voyager, Juno 106 and Doepfer standard
osc.
