If you are talking about a generic, empty circuit board that you solder
your own parts onto, then yes, I have seen these in catalogs. That was a
few years ago, and I have no idea where to get one now, if I wanted one.

However, if you are talking about solderless breadboards made onto generic
PC daughterboards, then I have only seen these in ISA format. Just imagine
sticking a solderless breadboard inside your PC, with some experimental
circuitry dangling precariously from it. That's gotta take a lot of nerve
to power up! For anyone doing such a stunt, make sure you operate the power
switch with your left hand (if you're right-handed), because you might need
that right hand to sign hospital release forms with!  :)
