[sdiy] ARP Quadra

  I am going on old data, but I believe the ARP Quadra CPU is an Intel 
8048/8049 type.  I can recover the code from one of these if someone will 
provide the chip from a Quadra.  This code can then be programmed into the 
EPROM version of the part, the 8748/9.  I built a widget to read the 
program ROM of the 804x parts a longtime ago; it worked great for recovery 
of the Korg Polysix codefiles.
