[sdiy] Paia 8700 Keyboard

Since I can't afford to much of anything else at the moment, besides the
hi-fi amp I am cutting the heat sinks out for, I thought I would get back
to restoring my old Paia 8700 keyboard. One of the things I am doing is
replacing the original keyboard with a Fatar keyboard. This of course,
means changing the firmware a bit...which means reassembling the
code....well, last time I did any coding for this thing was on my Atari 800
system...which I still have, but am in no mood to use...partly because some
of the things that go with it need repairing, like the monitor...well and
others too. I down loaded a 6502 assembler off the internet (there are a
million of them...), and I got a copy of Friendly Stories....etc by John S.
and I am going to type all the code in...again....(this should not be too
hard...a lot easier than cutting a heat sink with a jig saw). When I
finish, I will have to ask John S. if it would be ok to post the files...I
always thought that the Paia 8700 computer code was kind of cool.
