Depends... if it's a "casual" application, usually. Pinout is the same, 
max. supply voltage rating is the same, noise is about twice TL07x, 
gain-bandwidth product same as 741, slew rate not as high as TL07x but 
still fast. Offset voltage 3-15 mV (jellybean-style). Has very low input 
bias current like TL07x. Good for battery-powered stuff since it only 
takes around 200 uA/amplifier and can operate with as little as 3.5 
volts between the pins. Plug it in and replace with TL07x when you get 
the chance (and don't blame me if you see fireworks...).
