The Mark II VCS-3/Synthi-A uses a 741 based design, but there you *really* need
a 741. However, some seems to prefer the PA234 based design.
Have you used the Mark I or Mark II PSU design? I recommend you to use the
later. All in all, use the Mark II variant of the A board.
