Some of those old parts are very hard to find now which is why you wont
find them in the TB3031.
What doesnt the TB3031 do that you want? It sounds like a TB303++. You can
buy the board and difficult parts from Oakley, a front panel from Schaeffer,
and a case from whereever ( I took the Shaeffer front panel and added 4
holes that line up with a Bud chassis ).
