That's for the nominal resistance.
They'll all measure 1K within 1% with all units at exactly 25 degrees C.
Tempco variance is typically more.
Bear in mind that the 3500ppm spec is given for the 'hot' end of the
scale at 100 degrees C. They will be closer to 3400ppm at 25 degrees C.
