D'oh!!
You know what I did? I related the switch positions to the listing order in
the diagram. Turns out that if I had actually LOOKED at the drawing of the
switch handle, I would have gotten it right.
Oh well, back to my job of designing safety lock-out switches for nuclear
reactors...
