[sdiy] c&k on-on-on switches

C&K really do sell an "on-on-on" witch in their standard "looks like DPDT"
casing, and the pinout is a doozie. I worked it out with a multimeter last
time I needed to wire one up. If I recall correctly, you need to make a
link. It's like two spdt switches, with one being (ON-ON) ON and the other
being ON (ON-ON).
