Hi Gergo
You can use filter chokes instead of ferrite beads,
but
be careful to choose those that are 'lossy' as opposed
to high Q. Usually the words "choke" rather than
"inductor" are used.
I use 100uH filter chokes and 100uF caps for DC supply
decoupling... but there are many places where you
really NEED a bead
