Actually I doubt Yammy or Krog will sell things these like these, because
they're not mass market enough for them.
The MidiMan people were pre-showing a very cool touch-slider controller
which was similar to this for a couple of years - not as smart but with
much better resolution. But it was just vapour and never made it into
production.
Wacom also have a pen-sensitive LCD drawing tablet that could easily be
adapted to music use. That's been out for maybe five years now, but it's
very Not Cheap so I don't think they've sold many. If you wanted to go down
that route you could buy a tablet PC with pen input for much less - not as
versatile as this beast, but again the resolution would be much higher.
