Very nicely made! Like other stuff on your site too.
I would add channel volume, pitchbender and modulation.
And maybe transposition too. Say 2 keys for octave transpose and if enough space is left, semitone steps too.
There's also one neat thing - coupled messages. Every pedal could send notes in 2 or even 3 channels. Notes in each channels could be transposed. If connected to multichannel MIDICV, you could play chords, or use it for multitimbrality (is that a word?)
And maybe program change buttons would be usefull too, say, +1
and -1
