I happened upon such boxes last week. Where, why, how? I forget!
:-( So, of course I *had* to try finding them again. I found the
following using terms like clear, plastic, hinged, and box:
Hinged Top Box 1" X 1" X 0.62", $0.25 each or $2.60/Dozen
