[sdiy] MIDI bass pedals project

I've been working on building a set of MIDI bass pedals. I got the
mechanism from a Hammond T series organ. I rebuild the pedals which was
mostly to deal with the rust, dirt, and missing springs. I modified the
switch PCBs to provide 13 switches on a common bus.

I designed a small PCB with a processor that supports MIDI in and out along
with a 4 line to 16 decoder for the key switches. I've got it all running
although I have yet to build a cabinet for it. I'm trying to decide how
many features to add to the code before I build the cabinet. So far I have
a normal key mode, a sticky key mode where the notes hold until the next
key, and a basic arpeggiator. The processor has four A/D channels so I'm
debating about adding some analog controls. I was going to drive both MIDI
and CV/Gate/Trig but I think I'll just stick with MIDI.

The DB-9 connector is for programming from my PC so I can easily update the
code.
