[sdiy] 3080 clarification

Intersil was the only manufacturer, as far as I know.  Intersil has 
definitely stopped making it.  If somebody else does makes it, I don't know 
who it might be.

The LM13700 seems to be the only multi sourced OTA at the moment.  ON, 
National, and that other one (escapes me...you can get them through mouser).

RCA, HARRIS and Intersil labled parts are all the same part (mask 
set)....as that is succession of company names that the RCA line has gone 
through.
