[sdiy] National LM139 VCO

Yep...that one has been around a long time...the same oscillator is also in 
the LM324 Data sheet.  I used this oscillator in my first synth (circa 
1974).  It is a true VCO, in that the voltage really controls the frequency 
(rather than current).  Not a bad VCO....I had a lot of fun with it....not 
really too sure exactly how linear the response is, however, since back 
then, I had no way to measure it...but, I was able to make music with it.
