John (and list), If you do a google on "MM5437" rather than "MM5437N" there is a fair bit of info. In National's big linear databook there is an app note on dithering that shows some specs and the pinout for the MM5437. References at the end of the note include some JAES papers by one of my university profs (way back when) :D
