[sdiy] Midi2CV accuracy(was MIDI2CV alternatives)

I am more interested from a musical point of view so I better rephrase my
question, what's the acceptable pitch error  for normal acoustic
instruments. So when a big orchestra has tuned what is the difference in
pitch between  the instruments?
I would like to know this because that would be a reasonable design goal is
in terms of pitch error for a midi2cv converter.   The 0.1% in my example is
audible but maybe it is very common for acoustic instruments.
