Go into Digital menu, then into Misc, and "874x CPU Programmer" will be 
found. You have to go to another site to get the software/firmware 
however:

The board is designed for the  8748H and 8749H. Changes will need to be 
made to get it to burn the earlier non-"H" versions.

The board uses an already-programmed 8749 microcontroller... you will 
have to find someone who can burn one for you. Be aware that there 
appear to be major errors in the documentation... perhaps in the 
software... that is why I posted this message to the list... to see if 
anyone had successfully got one running!
