And how about mixing Pb/Sn and lead-free solder?
What bad is happening inside the solder joint when you solder leaded component with lead-free solder? What if you use it on leaded PCB? 
Can someone please explain what's happening then, maybe some molecular level explanation if someone dares?
Pretty plese?

I personally don't like seeing my hands coloured with lead after long soldering. And I can't feel it's safe even when I wash my hands several times after soldering.
