Cool, I'll take a look. I think I've actually heard of that before.

In fact, I am currently in the vicinity of Munich (~600 km from Berlin)
simply to pick up an odd kind of synthesizer:
My grandma is moving to Austria, and she has no more room for this huge
instrument. It weighs about 100 kg, and I had to get a van just for moving
it. It seems to be a leftover of my granddad's, who was an EE. Either that,
or he had got it from someone else.
It has a very limited frequency range. Opening the panel reveals only wires
of varying length, and strange mechanical devices that operate on them. It
is definitely not voltage controlled. You *can* control the envelope
somewhat, using some kind of foot switch at the bottom.
Can you imagine that? It seems to be all-mechanical! The model designation
seems to be "P&O" or something like that.
The worst thing: You can't control the filters, neither by potentiometer nor
by CV. How are you supposed to make music without a filter sweep?
:-)
