[sdiy] Synth in a pipe anyone?

Isn't "Sch. 40" just the plastic pipe that plumbers use for water lines,
etc? Perhaps I misunderstood?

If it's just water pipe, I've cut plenty of if without any odd side effects
yet. (None that I know about, at least.)  :)

Perhaps you were thinking of the nasty glue that plumbers use to glue
sections of this pipe together? The fumes from that stuff are pretty
wicked. That glue must be used in a well-ventilated area.
