I don't know... There are lots of electricians using those expensive
Greenlee hydraulic punches on *something* out there. I think there probably
are some electrical boxes with solid walls, but I've yet to find them. If
you have a set of punches, you can put the exact number of holes, of the
precise size, and in the precise location you want, without a lot of
effort. Of course, it takes a little longer than simply prying out a
knock-out with a screwdriver, but you get exactly the hole you want,
exactly where you want it, and the integrity of the box isn't compromised
by a lot of unused knock-outs.

If I ever find some of these without the knock-outs, I'll let everyone know
about it. I think we could put them to good use.
