You need to provide Yamaha with your dealer account number. Simply
declaring yourself a dealer will not work. Of course, there is always the
option to become a legitimate dealer...   :)

I would try the Yamaha USA service department, if I were you. They seem
much friendlier than some of the stories I've heard about Yamaha service
departments in other countries. I'm not sure if they would ship anything
outside the USA, but they might. Even if they wouldn't, you might find a
friend in the USA who could order for you, and then re-ship the package to you.
