Sort of apropos...  Is anyone aware of actual Telharmonium recordings?
I've done the obvious searches without conclusive results.  I recall
that it was brought partially or fully back to life sometime in the
50's so that a recording is at least possible.  (It's also a nice
example in the eternal real vs. softsynth debate:  an instrument
that nobody will ever own and can only be heard in recordings or
approximate simulation.)
