Ever want "just one gate", rather than a package of 4 or 6 or whatever? http://www.rohm.com/products/shortform/28logic/logic_index.html might be of some interest. Thoug h I'm guessing that some of you guys would probably just use a standard package and figure out a use for the "extra" gates... :-)
