I'm gonna reply to myself with a question because I'm that sorta guy...
The Sheppard Generator ( one of which I dont yet own, but I will in a few
minutes as I'm sitting down for a nice nights Scenix coding ) is an audio
illusion, a "circular sounding" constantly rising or falling sound. What
other audio illusions are there?
I think, besides interface, audio illusions are one of my pet interests. I
also play with vocal illusions, making music ( or attempting to ( but I came
up with a name so maybe I'll finally put some stuff up for people to hear )
) that uses phonemes/allophones for sounds because the brain kinda recognizes
the sound and keeps trying to hear something that isnt there ( speech ).
