[sdiy] SCI Prophet-T8: individual aftertouch controls?

Does anyone have any ideas about the feasibility of the following?
The Prophet T8 keyboard is certainly one of the best around - wooden, decent
length, with very nice velocity, release velocity, and polyphonic
aftertouch. The polyphonic aftertouch (Pressure-Mod in SCI terminology) has
seven possible destinations, all available at once, but only one master knob
for amount.
Would it be possible to have individual knobs for the amount of each of the
destinations? I appreciate that it might be taxing the old processors it
uses to have these settings programmable.... but even manually set it would
be fantastic to be able to have, for instance, a lot of LFO frequency
variation with a little LFO amount variation; or to have a little negative
amp modulation to counteract a big filter boost.
I personally would be quite happy to deface my T8 with a row of little pots
above the switches. What do people think about this?
