Hi Rafael!

Start by taking a look at Ken Stone's excellent Gate Sequencer

You have to poke around to find all of the parts, but that is
a great way to start learning about Synth DIY!

(we did a hot-rod version of it here as you know)

You might consider adding a little gate delay circuit to
each of the individual channel outputs to create the sense
of "Swing".

Perhaps order something simpler from Ken as well as
a warm-up to building the Gate Sequencer.
