Gerber R274x format   (this is an almost universal requirement today, few
companies will
accept artwork in photographic or other forms)

Imagineering.Inc (www.pcbnet.com)  you can get 5 boards (up to 20 sq in)
for $10 ea.
plus $10 S/H   ($60 total). This is for double sided PTH with solder mask
and silkcreen,
excellent quality !
