[sdiy] PCB / Schematic editor...

Hi all,
I'm trying to get familiar with a good PCB editor program.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a good program on Mac OSX?
I've been trying the following:

PCBWarriorX
Osmond Quartz
Epoxy 3.2
DesignWorks 4.5.3
and
Eagle 4.1

Any of these familiar to anyone on here?
I'm totally new to this, but seem to be slowly getting the hang of it.
I've had the most luck with Eagle, so far...

Also, is there a particular format one should use for dealing with 
companies that make the boards,
and anybody have any recommendations of places to get boards made? 
(maybe anywhere from 10 to 50 qty.).

Any tips, hints, suggestions or comments would be totally appreciated.!
