In sense ,"no" its not since its in parts and 
there is no chance to tell if they work or not!

Even if one had a JP8 or JP6 that was broke, they 
would hardly be so broke that you had to replace 
whole voice cards!

Besies the JP8 is quite a mess of components on 
the voice boards, overdone really, however most
parts are standard IC LM3046, CA3080 etc.

JP6 contains CEM things!

To me for 700usd its looks like someone
is trying to just get rid of it!!
