OK you're on :^P
At the tuning elements (FET, OTA) the signal level is very small.
If you are using Vactrols it might be large.
I'd be looking at the 100:1 dividers in front of most OTAs and saying
filters use low voltage levels.
(but I agree, you will find places where a low supply voltage
would REALLY hurt !!!)
