good morning/evening (depending on where you are..)
after the succesful ficing of the 101 i decided to start looking at my
realistic reverb box again. sound comes through and the 'depth' slider
works: if i push it up i get a delay. but both the 'delay' and 'repeat'
sliders won't do a thing. they both look ok. i've sort of fixex the mic
input slider, which is broken off inside, but i'm using the line inputs
anyway. besides, sound gets in and out ok.
all 4 ic's (26552's and a m3207/mn3102 combo) get power, measured with the
mm. actually there's power on most pins of the ic's. and since it works, i
figured these aren't broken. i also resoldered all connections just for good
measure. just the nomber of repeats and the delay slider itself won't work.
any ideas where to look? could this be something like a transistor driving
one of the ic's gone bad, or a capacitor? i'm looking at the schematic from
Philip's site, but it doesn't quite match the box..
ideas are welcome! i know there's some bbd specialists on the list..;-)
thanks!
