[sdiy] Polysix HTV P1501 replace?

Hi everyone...

Finally, I´ve found the guilty component in the Key
Assigner circuit in my Korg Polysix: the HTV P-1501
optocoupler.
Its marked as "PC-1" at the Polysix schem.

I had temporarely replaced it by another HTV P-1501
from another Polysix, but I need to take back it to its
original owner.

I can't found any data on internet about the name
of this component, even its sufix "HTV" or name "P1501".

Can you help me about this?
What kind of optocoupler is it?
