In case that page didn't help, aren't there available adhesives designed to
glue heatsinks onto CPU chips and such? I think this can be purchased in
small quantity somewhere, but I've never bought any myself, so I'm not sure
where to find it. I would search for heatsink adhesive, heatsink cement,
and heatsink glue.
Also, do you really need epoxy, or would silicone be acceptable? There are
definitely some thermally-conductive silicone adhesives.
