That's great, Ian! I can appreciate it more, now, than when I've seen
it before. Maybe you *are* the only one who's done it. Make that you,
Tom Oberheim, and Don Buchla. :-)

Your hybrid synth is an excellent, real world example. I note that
does not have anything-to-anything routing. Rather, you have a limited
but useful set of routing options. Something very similar could be set
up using the modules that I laid out.

By the way, I've found that very few of my synth ideas are truly my
ideas. There is prior art for this, certainly! Keith Emerson's Moog
preset modules, for example. What I'm trying to say is that although I
packaged these ideas in a certain way and drew them in Photoshop, I
have no delusions that I've invented something new. Just wanted to
throw that out there.
