Hi Group.

I have a friend who builds Lutes, and I have been toying with the idea 
of asking him to build some kind
of hollow wooden resonating chamber. Maybe with a vibrating plate 
attached to it somehow, or a speaker system inside the cavity.
The point would be to amplify my modular and to give sounds a 'woody' 
natural acoustic sound. It could be any shape or size, my friend is 
very skilled andseems to be up to the challenge. Is it worth it or a 
silly unworkable idea?
