[sdiy] Semi-OT: MGA doll chipset specs

Hi all, this might seem somewhat random but i recently
aquired a MGA Entertainment doll with a rather complex
circuitry inside it. It's supposed to both have
speechrendering and speechrecognition, but the chip
inside seems to be some propriety-made stuff (a black
lump of rubber put on a 32-pin chip-lokalike holder).
Since it didn't work when i got it i couldn't make any
circuitbending and i was just wondering if anyone has
any info on general circuitry found in dolls like this
or where to obtain it.
