I could not find the e-mail I got from Bob Pease in response to asking
him the npn/pnp matching question. This is for memory
1) Choose transistors with a high Hfe (beta) to start with
2) match for similar b-e drops at the same current.
(of course you don't touch them with warm fingers, etc... just like what we do
for
npn matching)
Our discussion matched Rene's answer... the npn/pnp is good enough for many
apps...
why use more ?
