[sdiy] transducers

anyone know where to get those transducers that are in
spring reverb tanks? and what exactly they are called?
want to start building reverbs from scratch. i've
experimented with piezo elements and modified speakers
before, but attaching one to a spring might be
difficult and i want something rugged. thanks in
advance!
