[sdiy] tis92-93 etc

Hi Enrico,

For the TIS92 (NPN) and TIS93 (PNP), 2N3904 and 2N3906 should work fine.
TIS92 -> 2N3904
TIS93 -> 2N3906

The TIS97 is a high-beta (hFE) NPN - try something like a 2N5088 or 2N5089.

Also note that the pinouts on the TIS devices are different from the
standard TO-92 2Nxxxx devices.

According to a 1973 TI databook, looking at the flat side with the leads
down, the TIS devices are CBE while TO-92 is EBC.

Check against schematics if you have them handy to be sure.

HTH,
Oren
