Hello, my mini is full with tis transistor, tis92 tis 93 tis 97, could
someone kindly suggest modern replacements which may be "respectful" for the
sound?

but the transistors are not on the same substrate. It is simply 4 separate
transistor chips in a lump of plastic. Admittedly that would be as good as
gluing 2N3906 together though...
